We like the logo we finalised it came through above expectations on most aspects and was head and shoulders above the other options by Louis and definitely others . If I were to nit pick- I would have been super delighted if I had a hard time choosing between the three options Louis provided - in our perception the other options were not in the same class as the one we finalised

Exceeded my expectations. The delrivery time was on point and the firts ideas were great. As we reviewed the drafts, the concepts became closer to what the company was looking for. The final product hit the spot and I am now grateful to Louis. The final package was everything we need to have to guide branding in the company.

One can tell that it is an agency. The manner of collaboration and the outcome are very professional, not very personal. There was a minor communication problem, which was quickly resolved through an iteration. On the whole, I am very satisfied with the result; it pays to provide precise feedback both in the briefing and during the iterations. While the initial drafts did not appeal to me, we were able to come much closer in the second round. I do recommend them.

Always satisfied when working with louis. this is our third logo with soft river and it's always an easy experience - the method of communication and how little back & forth there is is the only drawback. If they don't understand your request, you won't know until you've received your delivery.
