Working with Louis was quite easy but expectations may of been too high in the beginning, however he was a good listener and took on all feedback. It is very important to be clear in your instructions as you aren't able to go back and forth as much as would be preferred, so make sure your revisions form is filled out properly pertaining every detail as any message you send after likely won't be taken on board.

Overall, I didn’t know what exactly to expect, but I liked the logo that was developed, as it really shows a creative and professional approach. Filling out the survey before doing the logo design assignment wasn't too difficult since I already knew what my requirements were, but the problem was that I didn't know what exactly I needed, but what I received was as per my expectations. I was provided with a logo in colors, a black and white version, they were also always in touch with me and even made several additional options that I asked for.
